I believe life is a masterpiece in the making—a bold, ever-evolving creation between myself and the forces of the universe. The key? Showing up. Refusing to let life just “happen” to me.
When I turned 50, I didn’t slow down. I cranked the dial forward, choosing to live with the energy, discipline, and fire of a man in his prime. That meant prioritizing health, training with joy, cutting out alcohol, and surrounding myself with dreamers and doers. The result? A relentless pursuit of adventure, growth, and artistic discovery.
That same year, in the middle of a global shutdown, I set foot on the world’s tallest free-standing mountain, Kilimanjaro. I ventured to Antarctica, trekked Torres del Paine in Chile, walked the sacred paths of the Camino de Santiago and the Inca Trail, and summited peaks in the Canadian Rockies and Northern Cascades—despite having little experience in the outdoors before.
But adventure isn’t just about movement; it’s about expansion. I deepened my love for art, collecting one-of-a-kind pieces from every corner of the world—Moscow, Auckland, Buenos Aires, Rome, Medellín, Tanzania, Rio de Janeiro, and beyond.
Through this journey, I unlocked something deeper—the power of the subconscious mind. I discovered how mapping my dreams made them reality, how self-talk shapes destiny, and how discipline is the gateway to joy. Challenges don’t disappear; they demand to be faced. So I made a choice: no hiding, no limits—only forward momentum.
